Teens: Learn basic yoga moves to de-stress as the school year progresses.
Join professional instructor Janice Smith to learn the basics of traditional Hatha Yoga including breathing, focus and balance. This program is intended to allow teens to associate with those their own age, and is therefore open to those in grades 6-12 only. Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture the program's effectiveness. This program may include activities that could be considered harmful. In order for your child to participate, you must sign the Release and Hold Harmless form and return to the program location prior to the program start date.
