January is the perfect time to revise the novel you wrote in November during National Novel Writing Month. Learn how to revise and edit your NaNo (or any) novel and then get started in class.
When National Novel Writing Month is over, you may have a creative mess on your hands! Your story may be golden, but now it’s time to clean and purge. There’s a difference between revising and editing and both are necessary when the real work begins on your work-in-progress. In this workshop, multi-published author and “Book Whisperer” Deanna Adams will help you get your manuscript ready for publication.
*Bring your table of contents (if you have one) and a printed, double-spaced section of your novel that you’d like to work on. You’ll have time to begin revising and editing in class.
