Is your organization new to the field of grantseeking? Discover what funders are looking for in nonprofits seeking grants & how to find potential funders. Presented by the Foundation Center.
You will learn the ten most important things you need to know about finding grants, including: who funds nonprofits and what are their motivations; what funders really want to know about the organizations they will potentially fund; and how to identify potential funders and make the first approach.
This program is designed for nonprofits and includes thirty minutes of hands-on, guided research. It is advisable, but not necessary, to bring a laptop/tablet for the hands-on portion of the class. Registration required.
