Children in second through fifth grades who struggle with reading will have the opportunity to improve their skills by reading aloud to very special dogs this summer. Registration required.
Each reader will be paired with a certified therapy dog for 20 minutes of reading. There are three 20 minute time slots each evening. If one is full, please try another. Participants should plan to attend all sessions. Presented by Cuyahoga County Public Library and Cleveland's Pet Pals Program of University Hospitals.
Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture this program’s effectiveness. This program may include activities that could be considered harmful. In order for your child to participate you must sign the Release and Hold Harmless form and return it to the program location at least one week prior to the program’s start date.
