Please join us for our bi-monthly Good Morning Strongsville Speaker Series. Each month we bring a special speaker of interest to seniors and residents of Strongsville. Our November speaker will be Amy Dunbar Registered Dietitian from Southwest General Hospital. One of the excitements of the season is the great food of the holidays. Wondering how you can enjoy your holiday festivities that will not sabotage your year of healthy eating? Join our speaker as she discusses ways to eat healthy this holiday season.
