"We Shall Not Be Moved " "Ain't Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Round " "Buses Are a Comin " and "This Little Light of Mine" are a few of the songs that framed the Civil Rights Movement and provided a message of hope. Join Muszikat-Shalom (Music of Peace) as they discuss events of the Civil Rights Movement as well as presenting a wide range of music from the movement sharing the enriching aspects of the protest traditions of African-American freedom songs.
