In this three-part workshop you will learn how to prepare Italian meals. An expert from the Western Reserve School of Cooking will lead a basic introductory course covering knife skills organizational skills multitasking and Italian methods and techniques in the kitchen. Food samples will be provided. Workshop dates are Dec. 4, Dec. 11, and Dec. 18. Registration required.
