Ages 7-12 (and their parents/caregivers) Group exercise increases health and fitness levels promotes social interaction and friendship and teaches participants valuable teamwork and listening skills. Join Tony DOrazio of Jacobs Ladder Special Needs Fitness as he leads your family through a workout specifically designed for children with special needs. Social interaction will be encouraged as families learn exercises to help their child stay active and fit. Nutrition tips for elementary-aged students will also be provided. Elementary Experiences are hands-on training programs designed for families and their children (ages 7-12 years) who are struggling in an area of development. Families will learn targeted skills together and receive a handout with ideas and resources to use at home. Adults are expected to participate in the program with their children. Siblings (ages 7-12 years) may also attend but must register separately. These programs are free and open to the public but registration is required.
