Explore musical rhythm, listening and coordination skills through body movement with The Music Settlement. Five-week class.
This Dalcroze-inspired series invites children to learn music through body movements. Explore music by associating familiar motions such as walking and running with the rhythm of music. Activities involving singing and playing hand instruments help children to develop listening, improvisation, and coordination skills.
Sponsored by the Friends of Parma Libraries.
Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture program’s effectiveness. More information can be found here.
