Write stories prompted by objects from your recent or not-so-recent past.
Such objects might include a recipe photograph toy or home movie. Well talk about augmenting memories as necessary through online records maps newspapers or other sources and well cover some basics of memoir writing in each session of this six-week class. Participants will have the opportunity to turn one memoir piece into a short video using the Jack Joseph and Morton Mandel Memory Lab. The library will host a culminating event for participants and their guests where these films will be shown on Sunday November 5 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
