This class explores the philosophy, practice, and traditional form of the Sun system. The goal of this class will be to enable the participants to begin to master the fundamentals as well as learn a traditional sequence of moves. Enhance your body awareness, build leg strength, and improve range of motion. This class is taught by Ken Owen. He has been teaching for over 30 years at places such as Kent State and Cleveland Metro.
