In this three-part workshop, January 9th, 16th and 23rd, you will learn how to prepare Italian meals. An expert from the Western Reserve School of Cooking will lead a basic introductory course covering knife skills, organizational skills, multitasking, and Italian methods and techniques in the kitchen.
