Enjoy music Americana music played on traditional instruments and participate in the annual meeting of the Friends of the Brecksville Library.
Learn about the life and times of America's great Scots-Irish writer through his lifelong love of music! Upriver Music will perform period songs from Stephen Foster and other Twain contemporaries, as well as a selection of American and Celtic folk tunes from the era using popular instruments of the day such as fiddle, banjo and pennywhistle. The Friends of the Brecksville Library will end the festivities with light refreshments and a short annual meeting. Sponsored by the Friends of the Brecksville Library. Registration required.
