This program will be held virtually on Zoom.
A 5-week workshop presented by University Hospitals designed to help improve your ability to react positively to stress. Each one-hour session will provide new tools and techniques for building stress resilience to help reduce the negative physiological and emotional impact of stress.
A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour before the start of the program. Staff will be available for help connecting to Zoom and technical issues beginning 15 minutes prior to the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join.
