An expert from the Western Reserve School of Cooking will demonstrate how to cook vegetarian.
In this three-part workshop, you will learn how to prepare vegetarian meals. A basic introductory course covering knife skills, organizational skills, multitasking, and simple methods and techniques in the kitchen will also be shared. Food samples will be provided.
