Get inspired to lead a healthier, happier life through a focus on self-care.
Teens (ages 11-18) are invited to join us for an interactive, lively session all about taking care of YOU! Explore, discuss, and get inspired to begin living your best life through a focus on self-care. We will provide interactive, hands-on activities that will encourage participants to go home and add self-care and healthy coping skills to their daily routine. Attendees will receive a Habit Calendar and learn strategies for dealing with emotions and stress in a healthy way.
A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour prior to the start of the program. Staff will be available for help with connecting to Zoom and technical issues beginning 15 minutes prior to the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join.
