A hands-on training program for families and their children (ages 7-12 years) who are struggling in an area of development.
Are you looking for an activity to do with your child that is therapeutic, educational, social, and fun? Why not try cooking? Join Jamie R. Hughes, M.A., CCC-SLP; Maria Llerena, OTR/L; and Elizabeth Radachi, BcABA, of The KIDnections Group, LLC, as they teach you how to incorporate skills such as following directions, problem-solving, language, fine motor, self-help, and social communication into cooking no-bake recipes with your child. They will also guide you on ways you can adapt cooking activities to best fit your child's abilities and your family's needs.
