Curious about coding? Interested in electronics? Learn the logic and language of programming using Scratch, free software from MIT that you can continue to use at home. This camp will experiment with electrical components such as PicoBoards and LEGO® WeDo® robots that students will build themselves. Finally, adventurous students can try their hand at wiring up an Arduino™ microprocessor and programming it with Ardublock.
Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture this program’s effectiveness. This program may include activities that could be considered harmful. In order for your child to participate you must sign the Release and Hold Harmless form and return it to the program location at least one week prior to the program’s start date.
