Read first reader and early chapter books and talk about them with a snack!
Share the joy of reading!
For families with students in Kindergarten-Grade 2. Reading aloud together has social-emotional, developmental, and academic benefits. As you read aloud to your child, hold space for them to listen, connect with the text, make meaning, and simply enjoy!
Books and activity kits will be available for pickup at any CCPL branch at least 1 week prior to the program to allow enough time for you and your reader to complete the book. Then join us for a fun-filled book discussion, craft activity, and brunchtime snack over Zoom!
Registration and an email are required. The Zoom link for the program will be emailed approximately 1 hour before the program begins. Staff will be available 15 minutes prior to the program to assist with connecting to Zoom. For assistance, please call the South Euclid-Lyndhurst branch at 216-382-4880.
