Hiring for Success - Part III
Hiring the right people is a critical task to any organization. While most have policies in place for this process, the policies often don't account for implicit biases. Biases can surface in all stages of the hiring process, from posting the position to reviewing resumes to interviewing and selecting candidates. This will be a working session that examines procedures and practices that mitigate biases in the hiring process.
