This event will be held virtually on Zoom.
Participants will have the opportunity to use a 2D visual arts technique to recreate 3D models of flowers. Using the “scrape” method, paper will be dipped into warm colors and then the paint will be scraped across the page. Participants will then cut 4 organic shapes from small to large and piece these together using a bracket. These flowers can be used as decorations as well as models for exploring the different parts of flowers and plants.
A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour prior to the start of the program. Staff will be available for help with connecting to Zoom and technical issues beginning 15 minutes prior to the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join.
If you have questions about this program, please contact a librarian at the Brook Park Branch at 216-267-5250.
