Wall Street Journal and USA TODAY bestselling author Abby L. Vandiver wrote more than twenty self-published books before making the transition to traditional publishing with Secrets, Lies, and Crawfish Pies, the first in her Romaine Wilder series, from Henery Press. In 2020, Penguin Berkley published A Deadly Inside Scoop, book one of the Ice Cream Parlor Mysteries series, under the pen name of Abby Collette. In 2021, Penguin Berkley published Body and Soul Food, book one of the Books and Biscuits series. Abby also edited Midnight Hour: A Chilling Anthology of Crime Fiction from 20 Authors of Color. Abby, a former lawyer and college professor, spends her time writing and enjoying her wonderful grandchildren.
