Teens (ages 11-18) are invited to join us for an interactive, lively conversation all about taking care of YOU! Explore, discuss, and get inspired to begin living your best life through a focus on self-care. We will provide interactive, hands-on activities that will encourage participants to go home and add self-care and healthy coping skills to their daily routine. Attendees will participate in a crafting activity and learn strategies for dealing with emotions and stress in a healthy way.
