– Research has shown that previous on-the-job behavior is a pretty good predictor of future on-the-job behavior. Perhaps this is why employers favor Behavior-Based interviewing.
Many employers favor Behavior-Based interviewing because they can ask you open-ended questions that are aimed at helping them determine your behavior patterns when faced with on-the-job situations. They can also evaluate your level of competency to perform the job, as well as your overall fit for the job, company, and existing team. Participants will also have an opportunity to partner with one another and practice Behavior-Based interviewing in virtual breakout rooms.
