There are so many tiny wonders in the natural world. Learn how to slow down and creatively celebrate these tiny wonders through watercolor painting! You will learn about the tools you need to get started, how to take good reference photos, how to sketch your subject, how to use watercolor to showcase the beauty of your subject, and how to paint a mushroom and a daisy!

The Independence Branch began as a collection operated out of City Hall. After outgrowing that space, the library moved into its own facility and since 1992 the branch has been a part of the city’s municipal complex that includes a recreational facility and senior center.
