Frustrated with your résumé not making it past the screening process? Are you unfamiliar with the ATS system being used by HR? Come to this workshop & learn how you can do to beat the bots!

Does your résumé need a makeover? If the answer is yes, join us to talk about some interesting tips and trends that you can use to help your résumé stand out amongst your competitors. We will also discuss the pros and cons of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), often used by employers to quickly narrow down hundreds of candidates to the top choices rated to interview. We will have a bonus discussion about how simple writing, design, and formatting changes can make all the difference in how ATS recognizes your résumé.
