Learn the life-saving CPR procedure.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job or anybody who wants to be prepared to help during a cardiac arrest. CPR combines rescue breathing (mouth-to-mouth) and chest compressions to temporarily pump enough blood to the brain until specialized treatment is available.
