Each month we will "travel" to a different part of the world to learn about their culture and customs. After our discussion about Equatorial Guinea we will make a snack inspired by the country.
Our snack for Equatorial Guinea will be Fried Plantains which uses the following ingredients:
palm oil
onion
plantains
vegetarian soup stock
Registration Required. For children ages 9-14
