The 3 M's wellness program is a holistic approach to well-being and stress reduction using mindfulness, meditation and movement. These practices can enhance and foster mental clarity, relaxation and physical well-being, and they can be done either seated or standing.

Maria Perme is a wellness enthusiast and artist/visual storyteller/photographer with more than 20 years in the wellness/holistic industry. She is the creator and former owner of Puma Yoga Studio in Lakewood, a 500HR-EYT and a Shamanic Reiki Master.
