Designed for people at all stages of diabetes, this workshop aims to empower you with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage your health through clean eating. Discover snacks that help maintain stable blood sugar levels and explore healthy options for lunches and dinners.
Following the guidelines of the American Diabetes Association, Chef Tynisa from Food with Purpose will conclude the workshop with an interactive cooking experience.

Grassroots library service in Strongsville dates back to 1881, when 400 books were located in the Town Hall. More than 120 years later, the Strongsville Branch of CCPL is home to the Kathleen Cochrane DePiero Recording Studio where visitors can make their own tracks, green screen videos, podcasts or audiobook recordings for free.
