Have fun exploring tello drones, learn how to fly them and do a few challenges.

Explore the world of unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones. Teens will learn how to fly drones and get hands-on experience navigating drones through challenges during the afternoon.

Space is limited and registration is required. Open to ages 11-18. Participants must complete a Release and Hold Harmless Form. Here

About the branch

The Independence Branch began as a collection operated out of City Hall. After outgrowing that space, the library moved into its own facility and since 1992 the branch has been a part of the city’s municipal complex that includes a recreational facility and senior center.
