After rehabilitation and returning home families often struggle with ways to create a new “normal.” Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in old patterns that no longer work because of circumstances, level of functioning or the interests of the stroke patient have changed. Learn some ways to increase engagement and resources for caregiver support.
