The presentation will cover the benefits of hospice and palliative care services. Attendees will receive a copy of the booklet “Courage in Conversation,” that walks them through how to have difficult conversations with loved ones about their wishes and includes blank forms that can be used to complete their Advance Care Directives (Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare, Living Will and Organ Donation Designation).
