All bodies are welcome. :-)
This form modifies traditional movements, so those working on balance, going through physical therapy or preferring to be seated when practicing can do so. It's a calm, slow practice that can help to build core strength for those looking to enhance their balance, and it helps to also bring balance and inner peace to the mind.
Presented by Carmen Pomales (carmitasmiles.com), a toga and tai chi teacher.
