Research has shown that previous on-the-job behavior is a good predictor of future on-the-job behavior.
Many employers choose to use Behavior-Based interviewing because they can ask you open-ended questions that are aimed at helping them determine your behavior patterns when faced with different on-the-job situations. They can also evaluate your level of competency to perform the job and how well of a match you would be for the job, company, and existing team. Participants will also have an opportunity to partner with one another and practice Behavior-Based interviewing. Registration is required.
An email address is required in order to receive the link to join via Zoom. A link will be emailed to registered participants within 24 hours of the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and a reliable internet connection to join.
