Come on down for an afternoon of lively music performed on guitar, banjo, upright bass and mandolin!
The Music Settlement, a 106-year old organization with campuses in University Circle and Ohio City, presents a toe-tapping Afternoon of Bluegrass Music. The performers collectively have over 100 years of experience playing music, and have earned awards and accolades from regional and state arts and culture organizations and funders. Performers will include Paul Kovac, banjo and vocals; Thor Platter, guitar and vocals; David Mayfield, mandolin and vocals; Matthew Charboneau, upright bass. So venture out of your holler over yonder to the Fairview Park Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library to hear an exciting set of Bluegrass- one of America’s truly original forms of music!
