Chair yoga has been shown to improve overall health and has the same benefits as a regular yoga class. Liz Lear, from Partners to Empowerment, will lead a four-week series, and focus on body awareness, breath and relaxation. This series is designed for people of varying abilities and can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support.
