Poetry Out Loud is the nation's largest youth poetry recitation competition. Now in its fifteenth year, it is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation in partnership with the Ohio Arts Council.
This year, for the first time, the Regional Semifinals for the Northeast/Cleveland Ohio region will be hosted by the William N. Skirball Writers' Center at the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library.
Poet Kisha Nicole Foster, a 2019 Cleveland Arts Prize winner, is Regional Coordinator for Poetry Out Loud's Northeast/Cleveland Ohio Region.
