Learn how to use the V-Carve Pro software and the desktop Shopbot CNC machine to create your own wooden clock.
Part one of this two-part program begins with an introduction to basic design using the V-Carve software.
Part two will involve learning how to set up the desktop Shopbot CNC machine and see your clock being cut. Clocks will be assembled during the second half of part two.
CNC stands for computer numerical control. The Shopbot CNC machine relies upon carefully programmed software, V-Carve Pro, to control its movement to cut wood or acrylic.
Participants must complete a Release and Hold Harmless form.
Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture the program's effectiveness.
