A popular study found that about 39 percent of workers try to negotiate a higher salary. Furthermore, 46 percent of men compared to 34 percent of women negotiate a job offer.
This workshop will offer tips about how to have those uncomfortable, but crucial conversations that involve asking for higher job offers, raises or even a well-deserved bonus. Negotiations can even come in the form of asking for flexible schedules, remote work, or a severance package.
A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour prior to the start of the program. Staff will be available for help with connecting to Zoom and technical issues beginning 15 minutes prior to the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join.
