Calling all poetry lovers: read your favorite poem (written by someone else) aloud. #readwritepoetry
If you love poetry, here's your chance to share it out loud. Bring your favorite poem (written by someone besides yourself), explain why it’s your favorite, and then read it. Poems should be under five minutes in length and appropriate for a public library audience. If there’s time and interest, we’ll do a second round of readings after a short break for refreshments.
Favorite Poem Reading is hosted by the Poetry Writing Workshop that meets every third Thursday of the month at the Writers’ Center. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch.
