Ticketed event - $25.
ONLINE TICKET SALES FOR THIS EVENT HAVE ENDED. TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE DOOR.
Paula McLain is the author of the New York Times best-selling novels The Paris Wife and Circling the Sun. Her latest, Love and Ruin, returns to the subject of Ernest Hemingway and his passionate, stormy marriage to Martha Gellhorn – a fiercely independent, ambitious young woman who would become one of the greatest war correspondents of the 20th century. Heralded by Ann Patchett as “the new star of historical fiction,” McLain brings Gellhorn’s story richly to life and captures her as a heroine for the ages.
Each ticket includes a seat at the author’s talk, a copy of Love and Ruin, and a donation to the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation. All tickets will be held at the door; no physical tickets will be mailed.
Additional books will be available for purchase and signing at the event courtesy of Mac’s Backs – Books on Coventry.
