Six-week memoir class, September 9-October 14
Let us work on discovering the vivid stories that make up our lives. Each session of this six-week memoir class includes writing basics, writing exercises, voluntary read-alouds, and homework. We will shake loose all sorts of story ideas, advance our skills, and gain insight by listening to one another's work. This series will cover the topics of Role Models/Anti-Role Models, Play, Meanings of Things, Synergy, Money, and Moments of Connection. Presented by author and editor, Laura Grace Weldon.
Laura Grace Weldon is a writer, editor, and the author of four books, Portals, Blackbird, Tending and Free Range Learning. Her articles, essays and poetry have appeared in a range of commercial and literary publications.
