Learn about printmaking using basic household items! A Zygote Press Artist will teach you what relief printing is, and how to make your very own relief prints using Styrofoam and other items that you probably have around the house.
- Brush, craft paint, paper (in their kit)
- Egg carton, foam plate, take-out container, anything made of flat Styrofoam
- Pencil (to “carve” with)
- Plastic plate or lid to use as your paint palette
- Cup of water
- Paper Towels
- Clean Workspace (maybe put down newspaper to protect the table)
