Join us as we discuss “The Personal Librarian” by Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray. Books will be available at the Brooklyn Branch 1 month before the discussion.
A remarkable novel about J. P. Morgan’s personal librarian, Belle da Costa Greene, the Black American woman who was forced to hide her true identity and pass as white in order to leave a lasting legacy that enriched our nation, from New York Times bestselling authors Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray.
A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour prior to the start of the program. Staff will be available for help with connecting to Zoom and technical issues, starting 15 before the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join.
