Grades 1 - 6. Start your weekend with a fun and relaxing session of yoga, mindfulness and breathing. Children and caregivers participate together. Saturdays in July.
Led by Gabrielle Scalese, certified yoga instructor.
Register your family under one name.
Bring a yoga mat or a towel for each participant. Please wear comfortable clothes for moving. We recommend a water bottle.
