Interviewing is a difficult process. What makes it even more difficult now is answering situational/behavior-based questions. Come learn how to answer without getting stuck, stumbling and rambling.
Research has shown that previous on-the-job behavior is a pretty good predictor of future on-the-job behavior. So, many employers like Behavior-Based interviewing because they can ask you open-ended questions that are aimed at helping them determine your behavior patterns when faced with different on-the-job situations. They can also evaluate your level of competency to perform the job and how well of a match you would be for the job, company, and existing team. Participants will also have an opportunity to partner with one another and practice Behavior-Based interviewing.
