Join us for a night of freewriting using creative constraints.
Creative constraints are literary techniques that ask the writer to write within a certain rule or pattern, with the intention of generating new ideas and cutting through writer’s block. In this workshop, writers will be introduced to several types of creative constraints and will be given time to practice freewriting with some of these techniques. This workshop will be held on September 18th and again November 20th.
