Learn about NaNoWriMo and how to write a novel in a month.
Always wanted to write a novel? Now’s the time to try! National Novel Writing Month, or "NaNoWriMo," is a national nonprofit organization that challenges and encourages you to write a 50,000 word novel in November. (Truthfully, it's more like a first draft of a novel, but that's the point: to get it out of your head and onto the page.)
Come learn about NaNoWriMo and get inspired by writers who have actually written a 50,000-word novel in a month.
We'll also help you register for your free NaNoWriMo account to get started. Bring your laptop or use one of the library's.
