From yogurt to sourdough, soy sauce, beer, wine, and kombucha, fermented foods are all around us. Sauerkraut is one of the most popular and easy to make fermented foods. In this hands-on class, participants will chop, squeeze, and prep their own jar of kraut to ferment at home. Things will get messy – please dress appropriately.
